Ensure policymakers are aware of the potential harms of AI systems that are being developed and deployed

Monitoring concrete cases of harm caused by AI systems on a national level, to keep policymakers up to date on the current impacts of AI, as well as potential future impacts caused by research advances- similar to the ‘AI Incidents Database’ initiative launched by the Partnership on AI (2020).
